Meals

How can I heat my meal?

You can get your meal out of the freezer and place it directly in the microwave. Remove the plastic cover and use a paper towel or a microwave cover over your meal. In 6-8 minutes check if it is at your desired temperature. Please note that the time varies depending on the microwave you use.

Can I request changes on my meals?

We still don’t have the option of customized meals, our meals follow a standard.

Can I suggest meals I would like to see on Dom Cuisine’s menu?

Of course! Send us a message at our contact page. It will be a pleasure to hear from you.

How to preserve my meal?

Please keep your meal in the freezer for up to 365 days.

Can I keep my meal refrigerated?

If you decide to keep your meal in the fridge, please consume it within 48 hours.

Why did I receive meals not frozen?

Our products are all artisanal and freshly produced. It is possible that we have finished the production a few hours before the delivery. In this case, some products may not be frozen yet. Please keep them in the freezer when you receive them.

Delivery

When am I going to receive my box?

The delivery date is always written at the top of our website page and also in a fixed pop-up in the bottom right corner. Please note that different regions may receive the orders on different days. All the information is specified in the places listed above.

Can I schedule the day or time for my delivery?

No. We deliver at the days and time ranges informed at the top of our website page and also in a fixed pop-up in the bottom right corner. Before placing your order, please have in mind that if you are not home to receive it, the box will be left by your door. If it is not possible to reach your door, then your box will be discarded and no claims for reimbursement will be accepted. 

I received an email confirming that my box was delivered, but it wasn’t. What should I do?

In this case, please contact our team immediately, using our Contact page.

I received an email saying that my delivery is on the way but after a few hours my box is still not here. Is it normal?

Yes, you received this email when the delivery company removed your box from our kitchen, with many other boxes. They follow a route, which means that your delivery is in their schedule for the day.

Orders

I forgot to add some products in my order. What can I do?

It is not possible to edit an order placed. You may place a new order with the items you desire. Please note that a new delivery fee will be charged, and you will receive both orders.

I already placed my order, but I would like to change the products. Is it possible?

I placed an order, but now I would like to receive it at a different address. Can I change the delivery address?

It is not possible to edit an order after it has been placed. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us through our contact page at least 48hs before the delivery date. If it is not possible to reach your door, then your box will be discarded and no claims for reimbursement will be accepted.

I placed an order but I will be home probably hours after the delivery. Is it possible to leave my box by my door?

Yes, it is possible to leave your box by your door if your door is easily reachable. Note that our boxes are not refrigerated, so your meals won’t last more than an hour. Before placing your order, please have in mind that if you are not at the address to receive it, the box will be left by your door. If it is not possible to reach your door, then your box will be discarded and no claims for reimbursement will be accepted. Also, it is your entire responsibility to keep your meals in the freezer as soon as they are delivered. Please note that we will not be responsible for damaged meals that were left at your door.

Can I use more than one coupon or discount in one order?

No, our promotions can not be accumulated.

I would like to place an order but I don’t see any products. Is this normal?

Yes, after the orders cut off for the week we need to add the new menu on our website. During this transition period you may not see any products. But don’t worry, come back a few hours later and you will be able to place your order.

Payment

Can I pay my order by interac?

Yes, you can choose a credit card or interac. If you prefer to pay for your order by interac, simply choose “Transfer” in the Payment page and finish your order. After that, please send your interac to: contact@domcuisine.ca
